1) Comments: Hello,

My present company is planning to file for my I140 and 485 based on a approved labor case.
Approved labor case had requirements of Master Degree and 3 years experience - Job Title - Software Engineer.

I have experience of 2.5 years as of the original date when the case was filed.

Question: Has anyone been thru this process and what was the outcome? What are my chances?
