All,
I have heard ( may be a rumor) from one of my close relative that there was some special scheme/promotion last year to sponsor your brother/sister with children and they will receive Green Card in 2.5 years for family based Immigration for India. Was there any pilot program from California Service Center.
Please clarify as I found it hard to believe.
