I have heared from this forum and few other people that even though your marriage is more than or equals two years old at the time of AOS approval, IO can still give you conditional GC. Is this common?

Can IO give you conditional GC even if your marriage is two or more years old at the time of AOS approval?

If it happens, can we appeal to remove the conditional residency right after you know that your GC is conditional?
Thanks for your help!

no, if your marriage is over 2 years at the moment of adjudication, you will get an unconditional residency. If the card is for two years, it's a clerical error and you can get it corrected. Form I-90.
