Can I bring my 8 months son to Bio Appt? And renew DL with NOA?

I have a Biometric appointment on Oct 27 which is Saturday. It's good for a lot of people but for me, my wife works on Sat so I have to take care my son. Do u think the DO will let me bring my son for my bio appt?I just dont want to cause trouble.

Second, to make it clear, I am filing I-751, removal of conditional PR status, when I got my driving license, they gave me the expiration date same as my conditional GC which is Nov 2007. Now I am in process of getting the permanent GC, I got the NOA that says my PR is extended for 1 more year.
Now the question is can I go to the DMV to renew my DL with that NOA?

when i went for my bio appointment, i took my child, but i had her in a stroller, so you can take yours that is not a problem, you just have to control the child. As for your license, you can renew with the NOA, my sister applied for one with her NOA. Goodluck.
