I -131 Question: Class of Admission?

In the I131 form (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-131.pdf), what does the question Class of Admission refers to?

Is it what the applicant was when they entered the US first ? or most recent status?

In one of the newbie posts there was a link to three word documents on terms etc. Can someone give me a link to it?
