any one has info on how to self petition for domestic violence women. Been in the us since 1995 never left came in without inspection will that be a problem. was told that cannot file if you came in this country undoucmented is that true

You can't file for adjustment of status if you entered without inspection, and if you leave you have to wait out the 10 year re-entry bar resulting from your illegal stay for over 1 year. You have no good options at this point to be legally in the US, battered spouse or not.
