I just received the Affidavit of Support packet with instructions to mail this form. No questions about it.
But they indicate my mother's (the applicant) name and address from Peru and not the information we indicated in the DS-3032 Choice of Agent form.
Should I ask them to change it? Or maybe I am confused and the DS-3032 information should not be here.
How do I know if they got the DS-3032? Do we get something about it?
