Need help ASAP

Hi folks.
I applied for AOS from Atlanta local office. Because of my employment I have to move to NY. I need to know if I have to tranfer my case from Atlanta to NY local office or can my case be processed in the atlanta office.
I also need to know the procedure for tranfering my AOS case from TSC to VSC.
What paperwork is invloved and will this tranfer delay the processing of my case.
I have already been assigned a case number. Will this case number become invalid (will I be given a new case number) once I tranfer the case.
I\'ll be deeply obliged for anyone who could help me in this regard.

Hi,

I dont think its neccessary to transfer your case from once INS center to the other. If you want you can transfer the case and that process will take a lot of time. Seek legal advice.

my wild guess would be 3 to 6 months. But nothing less than that.
