birth certificate question (urgent)

Hello
I have notarised the non-availability of Birth registration, and also notarised the affidavit of births given by relatives. now will this do, or should i enclose the originals of the same.
Also, should I enclose my 10th certificate with my DOB. Please respond asap. thanks !!

what you did is enough. No need for the 10th std certificate.

What you have is actually more than enough. I am surprised that
a Govt. official has given notorized Non availability Certificate !

To clarify, the govt official did not give notarized non-availability of BC, he just gave a regular non-availability BC. I made a copy of it, and got the copy notarised here, in US.
