Immediate requirement for 4 relational database programmers with SNMP and telecom background

We have IMMEDIATE requirement for at least 4 good relational data base programmers (preferably Sybase) with SNMP (atleast reading/training knowledge, (You can read up on SNMP on web) and any structural/procedural language or any higher level language/ scripting language. I expect people to be quick in learning technologies, cause we will have to teach you on the job (and I don\'t expect you to know everything we do) Java/C++/HTML/XML candidates preferred

Person must have excellent communication and written skills. Must be friendly.
