Hi NC_GC,

H1B alone doesn\'t allow you to start your own business.
If you don\'t have EAD, you\'ll have to wait for it, or
immigrate to Canada to start your business there.
The opportunity is available in Canada as well.

This seems to be either mway, wma or other similar schemes. There is no such opportunity knock at your door without any string attached to it. This will have from anywhere 100 dollars to 200 dollars registration fee before you can dig out the proper information. Once you register the thrill will be gone.
